My plan to take the kids to the Botanic Garden and get some beautiful pictures was thwarted. The Botanic Gardens were closed and the kids didn't want their picture taken. I did manage to get a few beautiful ones - even without cooperation! Bryce was most interested in being a train engineer with his sticks or collecting acorns. Mimi finally got Bryce to stop picking up acorns when she told him the squirrels would probably starve if he he kept taking their food!
Bryce also had a great time on the playground equipment and then watching the fountain in front of the Brooklyn Museum of Art.
Jeremy snuck back to Bryce's room at "rest time" to capture Bryce reading (and eating a sandwich) in bed. He is "reading" Curious George...and is talking about a bird, George and a baby bunny, in case you can't make it out.
