We visited Aunt Nikki's house yesterday and today in order to do a bit of weatherizing work. While the grown-ups "labored", the kids seemed to have a lot of fun. Admittedly, the grown-ups had fun, too! Bryce entertained himself with ALL of the toys in the house - including this ball and cup game. Bryce amazed me by getting the ball in the cup four times by himself!
Later that afternoon, Nikki filled up the "frog" and Bryce played for over an hour in the water while Audrey and Danny took turns splashing, too.
This morning, my cousin Samantha came all the way from
Bedford, VA and had breakfast with us in
Maplewood. She was in the area with a family that she babysits for and was willing to take a little detour for a chance to meet all of the babies!
While the two littlest ones took a nap, Bryce and
Macky played all sorts of games in the yard. The rode the tricycle, looked for worms, moved some mulch, rode in the wheelbarrow and who knows what else!
After Danny and Audrey woke up from their naps, we headed over to another one of Andy's client's pools for a lovely swim. The water was perfectly warm and they had lots of fun toys for Bryce to explore once he got out of the water, too!
