The weather was beautiful today, so we headed to the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens! It was a bit of an adventure getting there (public transportation was less than stellar today), but once we arrived, everything was great. Bryce loved exploring all of the rocks, mulch and ivy - and was particularly delighted by the turtles and the fish in the ponds. We then had a nice lunch in the cafe where Bryce sampled a lemon for the first time. He seems to like sour things because he didn't make much of a face when he took his first taste!
